Please include reason for return or exchange and any item purchased for exchange. We are not responsible for damage due to negligence by the customer. Replacement parts and labor for requested repairs may be charged accordingly. Damaged or defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of Aris Bags. We regret we cannot refund any shipping fees.
