Gray Lining with LOTS of POCKETS
The inside is accessible via a zipper Closure. Inside we provide big open pocket which is great for a laptop and two opened pocket on the front side.
The internal material is Canvas while the outer fabric is printed canvas with orange polka dots.
Metal elements can be found on the outside and inside of the backpack. This backpack has Nickel Metal parts
Nickelgives a little bit of modern style to the black designer minimalist backpack and of course the whitish color can fit a lot of colors.
Convertible Backpack Straps into Shoulder Bag Straps
Yes! You can use it both ways! For the backpack version loop the strap through the metal carabiners at the top center of the backpack.

THE BACKPACK IS MADE FROM CANVAS MATERIAL
Cordura is a collection of fabric technologies used in a wide array of products including
luggage, backpacks, trousers, military wear and performance apparel. Cordura fabrics are known for
their durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs.
Our customers prefer Cordura fabric minimalist backpacks, because it is water resistant
and flexible at the same time. Buyers are more satisfied with the variety of colors available.
Cordura fabric minimalist backpack stands tough where different bags made from other fabric struggle to hold up.
The material can stand through many washings and remain as durable as its first use.
CANVAS
On the other hand we use 100% cotton canvas (300gr/m2) for lining. The fabric is simple and perfect
for a slim minimalist bag. It is less water resistant but some customers don't care about it because
it is more flexible than cordura. That is why the stuffs inside the bag can shape the canvas material more.

Return and Exchanges
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Domestic (Hungary) transportation is made by GLS Hungary.
We deliver abroad all of the products via Federal Express Corporation.
Payment must be done via PayPal.
We send email for you about the tracking number.
Since we ship with FedEx we are unable to process orders to PO Boxes, please provide an alternative shipping address.
As a customer you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be paid by the customer. Custom charges vary on order size and the destination country. Customers should contact their local customs office for further information.
Processing time
We prepare all products after orders. This means we don't have inventory and every order has 3-5 days processing time.
Shipping time
The shipping time is approximately 2-5 work days. For example to the US the shipping can be 3 days but to Australis usually the shipping takes 5 days.
Our experience and advises
The FedEx tries to deliver the packages twice. Afterwards they will store the package at their local office and the customer can take it up there. That is why we extremely suggest the customers to check their e-mails and phone calls frequently to make sure they won't miss the contact with FedEx in time.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are ordered personalized or customized.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please prior your refund first contact us at arisbaginfo@gmail.com.
We will send you a form in e-mail, which you have to print, complete and send us enclosed with the returning package. You have to mark on the outside of the returning package, that "Returned Product". This is extremely important because we are not responsible for any customs, duties or charges during the return. Returning items labeled with "Returned Product" are not subject to charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
